Orlando Ceaser
Orlando Ceaser is a best-selling author and motivational speaker in South Barrington, Illinois. He has experience in sales, management, training, diversity, marketing, leadership, and personal development. He was the Senior Director of Diversity for AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals™. Orlando is an accomplished public speaker, known for his ability to use humor and creativity to motivate an audience and team to think creatively.
His leadership series includes several books, including Unlock Your Leadership Greatness, Unlock Your Leadership Greatness – For Students, and Unlock the Secrets of Ozone Leadership.
He is the creator of a powerful decision-making model featured in his book The Isle of Knowledge. This fable introduces The Know System® for improving decision making and problem solving. In his book Leadership above the Rim, he uses high-performance poetry to express business principles and motivational concepts. Orlando also tackles relationships with 10 plays and a discussion guide in The Grass Is the First to Go and romantic relationships in I Wake Up Wanting You (poems for lovers to recite to each other).
His comic strips, Cocky and Rhodette and Cocky Jr., focus on life in organizations and the life and times of teenagers, respectively. Orlando’s words have appeared in articles in the Associated Press™, Financial Times™, Human Resource Executive, The Scientist™, The Boston Globe™, The Chicago Defender™, Pharmaceutical Representative Magazine™, and other online resources.
Orlando has used his voice on numerous video and audio projects. He has a BS degree from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois, and a certificate from Midwestern Broadcasting School in Chicago, Illinois. He was a newscaster on WBEZ radio in Chicago, Illinois. His activities include working with youth, public speaking, acting, career counseling, spinning, and running.

With a strong foundation in both media and business, Brian is responsible for overseeing marketing initiatives, ensuring quality control, and managing technology review and implementation.
His expertise allows him to effectively bridge the gap between creative storytelling and strategic marketing, driving impactful results for the organization. Brian’s commitment to excellence and innovation makes him a valuable asset in today’s fast-paced media landscape.
