Orlando Ceaser is a best - selling author and motivational speaker in South Barrington, Illinois. He has experience in sales, management, training, diversity, marketing, leadership, and personal development. He was the Senior Director of Diversity for AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals™. Orlando is an accomplished public speaker, known for his ability to use humor and creativity to motivate an audience and team to think creatively. His leadership series has several books including Unlock Your Leadership Greatness, Unlock Your Leadership Greatness - For Students and Unlock the Secrets of Ozone Leadership.

He is the creator of a powerful decision-making model featured in his book "The Isle of Knowledge". This fable introduces The Know System™ for improving decision making and problem solving. In his book Leadership above the Rim, he uses high performance poetry to express business principles and motivational concepts. Orlando also tackles relationships with 10 plays and a discussion guide in The Grass Is the First to Go and romantic relationships in I Wake up Wanting You (poems for lovers to recite to each other).

His comic strips, Cocky and Rhodette and Cocky Jr., focus on life in organizations and the life and times of teenagers, respectively.
